Congratulations on completing stage 2 of your training!
We hope you’ve enjoyed the experience so far.
Laid out here are some of the options available to you to continue on your learning journey in CoArts. There are two distinct but interchangeable paths, one through theatre and the other through creative mindfulness.
But first of all please complete the online survey, linked to below. CoArts evolves through dialogue and we encourage you to recognise yourself as part of that evolution.
This is the Three-Day intensive introduction to CoArts which you will have completed in one form or another.
How to Teach Coming to Our Senses
This is the course you have just completed. The next stage, should you wish to teach Coming to Our Senses OR The Art of Looking at Ourselves, is to shadow the delivery of the course being facilitated by an experienced practitioner.
The stage following that is to co-facilitate the course, supervised by an experienced practitioner.
Once all parties (supervisor, co-facilitator and yourself) feel you are ready, you may continue to deliver the courses with supervision as requested.
This is a 14+ Day training involving the construction and performance of a Sensory Labyrinth Theatre productions. There are opportunities to visit such experiences occasionally advertised on the Theatr Cynefin website. It is also possible to host these productions in collaboration with communities with whom you might be working.
This is a six month internship with Theatr Cynefin developing reciprocal wellbeing projects. Such internships are co-produced with candidates who can be placed for a period of the time with our partner companies in Europe.
Meanwhile, alongside these opportunities, you are warmly welcomed to join an online drop in at 10:00AM every Thursday morning to either follow a practice or to lead one if you feel confident to do so. Here is the link - https://tinyurl.com/5n8khy59
If there is enough of a call for an online drop in at an alternative time this could be facilitated. Please feel free to suggest a time slot below. The aim of this drop in would be to create opportunities for teachers to lead practices and to share progress.
