How to Teach Coming to Our Senses
This online course is Stage 2 of the training for trainers to teach the creative mindfulness curriculum Coming to Our Senses. It follows Stage 1 which is the three day in-person intensive - The Art of Looking at Ourselves. Following completion of this course, Stage 3 involves shadowing the delivery of Coming to Our Senses. Stage 4 involves co-facilitating a course supervised by Iwan Brioc and Sarah Gregg.
